PROS

I looked, I couldn't seem to find one that said definitively.  On the other hand, they aren't difficult to remove and I'm not squeamish about my food anymore, so it's fine to dig through it with my dirty fingers before making it into food.

 

And if I miss any, it's extra minerals I guess...

The bones are soft and provide calcium.  What are you afraid of?

I only like salmon poached with white wine sauce....and rarely in sushi....I genuinely find salmon disgusting...

My grandparents once sent us over a dozen cans of salmon one of the times they went fishing in Alaska, and I gotta say the bones are the best part.
