PhilosipherStoned Posted March 24, 2018 Posted March 24, 2018 that's a good distance honestly. If you are just getting into distance running I'd just start with 1-2.0 though and work on improving the time. I might do some running today and I'll probably feel the same way with my smoker lungs.

I dunno I think it may have been because I did a mile on a 6 incline.....I’ve never done that before...
PhilosipherStoned Posted March 24, 2018 Posted March 24, 2018 MEh inclines never really bother me that much aside from causing back problems.If you're on a treadmill though supposingly you need at least a 1 percent incline just to match an outdoor track. I run strictly outdoors these days..
