yes, it's real, and it's a first airing version, by the time Toonami gets it it will look okay

All of super is horribly animated from what I hear. It's a shameless cash grab and they didn't even put any effort into it.

Looks like some fan edited it.

 

The original scene has that Barry guy from that recent two-parter involving Great Saiyaman.

 

He turned into a big monster due to some parasite, and thus his clothes were destroyed. Gohan defeated him and he shrunk back to normal and thus - naked.
