I've come to realize that once you've gotten your back really jacked up, you can only mitigate the pain, but never eliminate the pain and misery entirely.

You are 100% correct.

Dude, simple tasks like doing the dishes because of that veeeeery slight way I have to bend, fucking hurts my back.

Oh man, tell me about it.  I've been doing laundry today, that always puts a hurting on me.  Core exercises help me the most, keep me strong and stable.

Mouth swabs are only $10 so the companies use these as a safe measure to protect. Mouth swabs are the easiest to fake. They barely pick up alcohol.

Yeah, easiest test in the world - it's for like when they want to say they drug test but don't actually want to turn away any warm bodies.

how do they even test it?  Are they checking for residue or can they actually use your saliva to test for drugs?

Dunno the science behind mouth swabs. I assume they're just bunk bc I've never done anything special to get around them (I've heard mouthwash or even sucking on a mint prior can allow anyone to pass) and am 3 for 3, even smoked day of for one although I did brush my teeth afterward, but it's also entirely possible that I failed all of them and each hiring person administering the test just pretended like I didn't since they were always desperate for basic laborers (a staffing agency for an Amazon warehouse in November, etc)

I mean they take a glance then throw em right in the garbage so it's not like there's any safeguards against that.
