Poof Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 I’m good at making them go away. I hold my breath for 30 seconds and I’m good but they keep coming back. Like a dozen times. Am I gonna die?

Anyway, I usually try the hold your breath method, and if that doesn't work after a couple tries, I do this, but more successfully then depicted here:
