I will be sending you a private message saying so. No information, such as: name, address, phone number, or any other information I need to issue the stock to you will not be needed right now. When $2 billion is raised on my website, I will contact you via pm and request the information I need from you to issue you your stock. I'm asking for $2 billion to show you how to control the weather and stop drought and global warming by doing so.. I think it will cost $100-$500 million per year to control the planet's weather.
