Bouvre Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 It is when you put it in quotations. Aside from that, it was off the top of my head. Quote

NeurocideVibekillah Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 I usually cheat that chord by not fretting the 6th string 1st fret but play everything else the same. Unless you really need that lower tone I usually skip it if I'm playing busy chord progressions. This song for example; which uses the F maj chord in the verse, I usually skip the lower tones in the F until the turn around, where the progression repeats, where you play only a partial F maj - 6th string to 4th. Doom Metal Alchemist Posted February 27, 2017 Author Posted February 27, 2017 Neuro, that's an interesting strategy. If I am ever in the position again where I need to fret this chord on an acoustic (I was in a guitar class at the time I made this thread, I am no longer in it anymore) then I could try this. Quote
Bouvre Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Oh. Do you share the same frustration with F minor barre chords? Not really. I cheat by using my thumb on the low E string. Good ol' long fingers. This response was incredibly late. Quote
