But those episodes are BRILLIANT and 10 is such an evil cliffhanger I don't care! Amen to that. It's part of the reason why I still want another on-air JoJo's marathon. And not to mention, Polnareff's introduction in #5 is not an evil cliffhanger, but something that could easily make you keep watching. Edited November 16, 2017 by Blatch Ew, this looks ugly. OwlChemist81
No, Polnareff's introduction in Episode 5 is NOT an evil cliffhanger, but what happens to Avdol at the end of Episode 10 right before Polnareff and Kakyoin get pursued by Centerfold and Hanged Man in Episode 11 IS. Episode 10 is the first part of a 2-parter "Emperor & Hanged Man", so it was designed that way. And if at some point the stream decides to air 6-10, we can still look forward to THAT happening! If Wednesday night advance was still a thing, it would likely be happening right now. Episode 11 just played on the weekend Toonami stream (apparently now a requirement of being in the weekday marathons), so those episodes were fair game. But maybe Wednesday night advance will happen again someday when they move on to 6-10, IF they move on to 6-10. And if so, that means 11-15 would be on Wednesday. And since 15 ends the "Justice" 2-parter, that would work well. Edited November 16, 2017 by OwlChemist81 for a Grammar Mistake

Yeah I wouldn't mind some Jojo marathons when they do them on air, it's one of the more fun shows for them given how crazy each episode can be and how varied they are. Blatch
For the first time in what is similar to, but legally distinct from forever, Hunter × Hunter is on the stream. And as luck would have it, the very first thing you see after Pre-Flight ends is Gon entering Greed Island for the first time. So it's probably gonna be #61 to #65 all week. Not bad, even though moving ahead so far means the Yorknew arc will never appear in a marathon. OwlChemist81
The beginning of the holidays always seems to bring the pain, so the Toonami stream is bringing the Pain! It's a bevy of episodes toward the end of the Pain arc, plus a filler episode of Naruto Shippuden!
OwlChemist81
Finally, over 3 months after its HD Premiere on Toonami, the Stream has chosen to bring us the adventures of an Outlaw Star through the night--IN SPACE!! It seems like it will be only episodes 1-5, but they should be pretty enjoyable! Edited December 4, 2017 by OwlChemist81
OwlChemist81
Raise Your Flags!!! If you've been waiting to hear the dub of Season 2 of Gundam IBO, and don't have cable, now's your chance. Episodes 1-5 of season 2, #26-#30 overall, are now playing on the stream, yesterday through Friday, December 15th. Bang.
OwlChemist81
The next-to-last weekly marathon of 2017 is Lupin the 3rd Part IV, and it looks like we're just gonna skip episodes 6-10 and go right to 11-15. So you'll get the HILARIOUS Miss Doubtfire-esque episode where Lupin tries to date both Rebecca and Fujiko at the same time, the trippy, action-packed Dream of Italy 2-parter, the time Lupin almost starved himself to death(--or did he?), and an interesting mystery involving the Mona Lisa and the resurrection of its creator! So get warm and cozy by the fire with Lupin the 3rd this week! Edited December 18, 2017 by OwlChemist81
OwlChemist81
It's Samurai Jack to close out 2017. If this marathon ever goes past Episode 5, I'll be shocked!
