PhilosipherStoned
This is going to be some bomb ass spaghetti. All the right seasonings, some fresh chopped onions, and some pretty dope sounding sauce... The meat already smells delicous browning with the onions. :fap:

GunStarHero
Oo gurl, I make my own Tso sauce and mix it in with some tomato sauce and tomato mush from the blender. Shit is bombastic. What's in your sauce?
PhilosipherStoned
tso sauce in sphaghetti? That sounds interesting. Just the usual tamatoes, tamato puree/paste, onions, garlic. I added sage and oregano to the mix though.
GunStarHero
Oh it's amazing. My culinary background is a combination of traditional Jing cuisine and Southern US cuisine, which is why I got into Fusion cuisine. I love combining stuff like that. Have you tried adding basil to your sauce? A pinch of sugar is always good, too. Lots of spice mixes and premade sauces have sugar in them. You can also try brown sugar. I recommend using a dark brown sugar, though, because it has more molasses in it.
PhilosipherStoned
yeah basil is always good. I didn't have any on hand though. II'll have to try tso sauce on sphaghetti.. I could've put this asian garlic chili sauce, or some sweet n sour or stirfry in it, but I wasn't in a 'try new things' mode
GunStarHero
If you don't want to make your own Tso sauce, you can get some premade stuff. House of Tsang is a good one that's available in a lot of places, even Wal-Mart. Iron Chef is great, too, but harder to find in some parts of the country. PhilosipherStoned
I remember I got to where I would order this General Tso's chicken special from a chinese buffet almost every day when I was staying in military barracks and that shit went hard. I'll have to work it into my recipes for sure.
