It seems more like he's mocking/satirizing guys who do see women that way.

He treats them as props to be used in his trolling, I don't think he's actually interested in sex with women and doesn't see them the way he portrays his character as seeing them.

I kind of want to give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he just didn't know what he was saying but the evil clown face makes that impossible.
