Oh ok. Yeah you would hope so. Even if cable is a dinosaur, we have seen streaming oversaturate itself and defeat the original purpose - that of having large libraries and repositories on a select few platforms. With just about everyone wanting their own streaming service, it just keeps splitting the same pie further and further, and you could easily nickel and dime yourself up towards the cost of a cable bill by subscribing to all the services that have some shows you might want to watch. And now we've of course seen some platforms crash and burn, and others start to falter. Although on the other hand, cable's customer service and pricing is so horrible, it's almost like it's purposefully trying to go out of business at this point. So who knows what will happen.

Did Blue Exorcist really have such great production values? I don't remember that. I guess the show was so dull even that didn't leave an impression haha. Oh, it's not even close lol. Yeah it was a pretty disappointing turn that Blue Exorcist took. Felt kind of like a bait and switch.

I can forget characters or their names from some shows, but not usually from my favorite shows. So Fate is not like other franchises where it is better to just watch in release date order like everyone who watched from since it started did? That seems more organic to me, especially with how the way movies and shows are made change over time. But, maybe there is a good reason for this suggested order. Oh ok haha. Wow, Fate Zero must be the only anime without any fan service in it besides Attack on Titan. I wasn't sure if I should click the spoiler or not. Maybe it wouldn't matter, if I never ended up watching any Fate stuff anyway. But, I did go and watch some shows on my own that I never expected I would watch, like Haganai, Konosuba, and High School DxD. I decided to go out of my usual wheelhouse for those shows and now I can say I watched them and they're under my anime culture belt. What you posted doesn't seem to be much of a spoiler anyway. Not to me at least. I see. It is hard to tell what is main stuff and what is spin-offs heh. Oh ok. Well, there must be some sort of big appeal to it. Really? Has Crunchyroll really had the rights to Fate all this time? I don't think Crunchyroll was even around when Fate started. According to what I just looked up, the first anime came out in 2006. And it looks like Crunchyroll started in 2006 coincidentally, but it was still a pirated platform until 2009. So, ASA or Toonami should have been able to air the shows at some point, unless they didn't get dubbed until way after the fact.

I was pretty disappointed, because of the concept of the show and how it was promoted by Toonami, I was expecting something more like the tone of Spawn. The main villain is the freaking Devil after all. And it was pretty cool for the first few episodes. ...then it turned into a fucking generic SPECIAL SCHOOL anime. I would never even think to compare Blue Exorcist to Demon Slayer, but my god it blows Blue Exorcist out of the water so bad it isn't even funny. And while Demon Slayer has comedy and silliness ad times, the tone and stuff that happens is definitely fitting of the concept. Hah I never watched the second season of Blue Exorcist, since it didn't exactly impress me much with the first season, even before it got to the filler stuff. The filler was HILARIOUS though.

Well that sucks. I wonder why Crunchyroll doesn't want to cooperate with Toonami. I still haven't watched season 2. But there's really no point in waiting. Maybe I will watch it at some point on my own time, if I remember. I'm still stubbornly holding on to my Funimation Now account. I'm not happy about this merger at all.
