    I just got the LEGO Optimus Prime. It's really awesome. I never expected two things I've been a fan of for so long to collide like this. Designing something out of LEGO that can actually transform couldn't have been easy. I hope this isn't a one-off and we can see more LEGO Transformers in the future! This put me in the mood to finally watch the Transformers War for Cybertron Trilogy. So far it is a pretty cool. A lot like Generation One but with some differences of course. Anyway, looking forward to the block tonight. And this finale should be interesting.

    They cast Luffy with a Mexican actor? Luffy is Brazilian. That's not exactly the same thing. If One Piece is popular in Brazil, those fans will be especially pissed. Unless his parents are from Brazil and moved to Mexico. But, you can't find much info about this guy. He doesn't have a Wikipedia page and the imdb page doesn't say much. And I take those celebrity gossip "stat" sites with a grain of salt. There are some naturally voluptuous women like that, but probably not so many that are great accesses. Besides, Nami didn't look like that when the show started and I kind of prefer her original look. One Piece is a battle Shonen. Similar to fighting games, men and women fight each other all the time, it's not a big deal. Plus, Alvida was a comedic villain. I take it fat suits have been canceled, since we haven't seen them in a while? They didn't cast a fat guy to play Robotnik, and Jim Carrey didn't wear a fat suit for the role. Unless he does in Sonic 2? No SPOILERS please. 🤣 But, if the character is really so problematic, it's not like she is such an important character. After her initial intro and hilarious defeat, I never expected to see her again, and she really didn't need to come back. That is definitely one of those characters Oda didn't need to bring back. So, unless she does something really important or epic in the episodes past where Toonami is right now, I don't get why she HAD to be in the show? Yeah, you gotta throw a lot of money at this show for it to work. I wonder if the Usopp actor will have a prosthetic nose.

    The fans had been requesting Fairy Tail for years and years before that. It was consistently in the top 5 most requested shows, when Toonami used to post that. Demarco clearly couldn't give a fuck if he didn't even bother to watch the show in all that time. But, I never got the impression that they couldn't get the show. Did he explicitly state this somewhere? Given their rule about only airing shows they like, I can't see them trying to get Fairy Tail before Demarco even watched it, even if Gill had seen some of it. All I can think of is Toonami didn't get Fairy Tail because of the bad animation in the first anime? The final anime ended up having even worse animation, though, even if the art was nicer. The second anime was the best done of them, and had decent animation. I really don't think I have ever seen shows with worse animation than the first and final Fairy Tail animes, even if I did like the story and characters. I really don't get why they were handled so poorly. Those may also be some of their only options, if most of the big name shows are spoken for or too expensive.

    Well it was kind of hard to be sad when we barely knew most of the students or their names lol. Also Koro was going to die from the injuries and exhaustion anyway, even if the laser didn't get him. They were putting him out of his misery. It wasn't exactly a "successful assassination" like they had been planning for the whole show.
