    Re-posting what I said in the Ninja Kamui thread. Still can't believe he's gone. RIP Akira Toriyama. He was only 68, younger than I thought, and been doing this since he 23, and was still working on some projects. Wow. Dragon Ball Z was what got me into anime in the first place. Lots of great memories.

    You might still be right. I was never into psychedelics myself so not sure. It's possible the animators might have been aware of it, even if they never used anything themselves. An example of the strictness is when that Yakuza VA got busted for drugs and basically got erased, Josef Stalin-style. But the Kenshin author got busted for CP, paid a $1200 fine, and returned to work after some time (and his wife didn't divorce him.) Amazing.

    Hizashi died when Neji was only four. Damn, didn't realize he was that young. He died for such BS reasons too. Neji lives to protect Hinata, but no one is concerned about Hinata running off on her own haha.

    Yeah, Japan don't mess with drugs lol. Not sure about other anime mushroom scenes, but here, the risk is simple poisoning or possibly death. Naruto might end up worse off than when he drank the spoiled milk if he eats these haha.

    Not a bad setup and start, but went off the rails after a while. I did find out that they crammed something like 85 chapters into the anime, so that probably didn't help. It probably won't get a remake, unfortunately.

Doflamingo is heartless, but I guess he doesn't want to lose fighters that are popular with the crowd. Never mind, they get sent down the garbage chute! And even doing this to important figures from other countries, doesn't care if he risks war.
