My theory was it's by the water and a boardwalk maybe Lapras being a transport Pokémon would be there. Nope. I did catch a seel there however. St. George area has pokestops as far as the eye can see. I even went to the ferry. Nothing. Next week I'm going to visit my brother's job. It's in manhattan but I'm not sure what the neighborhood is called. Maybe NoMad?
