No one finds it necessary to say they have that right. Israel however….lol

He says he doesn’t want to police speech yadda yadda but when you have a saying that became a war cry against Jews, that’s a mistake. Jews, that’s who. So yeah Mamdani probably won’t get much of the Jewish vote in November and that makes things difficult because we’re like 12% of NYC. That’s a lot when only around 23% of eligible voters voted in the last mayoral election in 2021

Politicians, particularly Democrats, need to get people excited for voting. Turnout sucks regardless of the consequences. People feel like their vote doesn’t matter.

A lot of people are being pretty fuckin gross over the Mamdani win. The Loomers and Kirks of the world are really losing their shit over this. It’s funny considering this was just a primary. Yeah NYC usually picks a Dem mayor but not always and our last 2 weren’t great. DiBlasio was kind of dumb and Adams is an asshole, so you never know. Sliwa could win because the Dems on SI that voted for Cuomo probably won’t vote for Mamdani. He isn’t winning SI anyway but there’s a few things at play here. Especially if Cuomo stays in the race. Dem votes could split 3 ways whereas Adams won’t peel a lot of votes from Sliwa. So it’s wtf knows.
