New rule change for this season (could be adopted permanently but I hope tf not) any fair catch behind the 25 yard line moves the ball to the 25. I understand that kick and punt returns have the highest percentage of injury but jfc these guys are making 100s of millions now and this particular rule change changes the entire game. Football just got more fuckin boring. No more pinning your opponent to their own 1yd line. Fuckin don’t even wanna watch now tbh

I prefer open air cuz that’s football players and fans gotta contend with the weather. A snowy game in Buffalo or a 40 degree below zero game in Green Bay is classic old school football. I miss real turf too. Players complain a lot about the turf at MetLife it’s that pellet looking nonsense. I hope someday the jets and Giants get a stadium actually in NY but that’s a pipe dream instead our taxes are going to fund a stadium in Buffalo despite the owners and the league as a whole are rich af and should not be taking our $ at all.

My other half’s cousin is going to the NE v Jets game. I wanted to go the KC night game the following week but kids are going and it’s a late night. Anywho tickets shot up in price. I used to get end zone tix for about $100-125 now those tix are +$300. Luckily I purchased my tickets in the 300 section yesterday cuz tix in the same or similar section went up in price. Tix that cost me $130 yesterday would have costed me +$200 today and they didn’t even win a fuckin game yet. The 300’s ain’t bad the way the stadium is set up the view is pretty damn good like actually better for viewing the field than tix I usually get. Just fuckin nuts how $$$$ it got for a team that had losing record for the last decade

How you liking it? I watched half of the first episode and tabled it until I finish fired on mars which got really interesting. It’s like a dramedy about oligarchy on Mars.

NYJ got 6 prime time games this season and tickets to the games have doubled and tripled in price. We got the first ever Black Friday game as well.

I’m watching Fired on Mars which is going in a completely different direction than I thought. It still reminds me of Sealab 2021but it’s not as funny. Like in Sealab 2021 the people on Sealab all went a little mad from being under the sea I think it’s worth the watch. It has some crazy storylines and some really nice animated sequences.

The Adam Sandler movie is just awful. One exec can’t even make a deal with an entire union of people. But that’s not even the dumbest part. In this here political environment no one would like Sandler character because everything he’s doing is to serve himself to stop his life from falling apart. Lol AI is just not great. Chef kiss on the Jennifer Aniston co lead though.

This immediately doesn’t work because you can’t be a successful real estate agent in NYC and be struggling. If Sarah gets 1% of a million dollars sale she’s good. Like no one could sympathize or empathize with this character. Why? Cuz she would def be living way out of her means if she was struggling to live. Even in NYC

Watched Fired on Mars and Royal Crackers RC I think I’d appreciate more if I watched Succession because from what I hear it’s a parody of it. It’s ok so far crazy family waiting for the 200 yo patriarch and ceo of the company Royal Crackers to die. Laughing at the absurdity of the show. Just a side note I’ve been watching on HBOmax instead of Cartoon Network [adult swim] Fired on Mars a loser named Jeff, an unimaginative graphic designer, goes to work on Mars for his company marsly, where he’s promptly fired. With no way back home, no job, and a gf that was supposed to go with him, but was delayed, chaos ensues for Jeff.

This must happen 😆
