At the same time I kinda don't want to say anything because what if they don't even notice if I don't say anything <_< I also wonder if my supervisor just ran the report wrong and I actually had enough of my notes in on time to qualify all along. She doesn't really seem to know how to use technology like...at all. Like in February I knew I only had something like 88 units for the month (need 92 to get the lowest level bonus) and yesterday she was telling me how I had 95 for February so I was like, oh cool I must have done my math wrong. Then she says that was before she even added some additional notes which would have given me another 20 some units so I was like wait, hold up I didn't do THAT good. So she spends like 10 minutes looking at stuff before telling me I didn't hit bonus for February after all. Also I've probably told her like 10 times how the units work for my particular program and she still asks me every goddamn time what the notes I enter for my program mean and how they translate into units for bonus. Yesterday she was once again like, "ACT Bachelor 1, what's that?" and I wanted to slam my head against her desk because she still doesn't understand something as simple as how my program bills Medicaid which is pretty fucking easy to understand if you ask me. My last supervisor got it after the first time I explained and I've had this supervisor since like, October. OK rant over.

Pat's boss offered him cake at work once which he turned down but then she told him it was rude to refuse cake when offered so he should take the cake then throw it away if he didn't want it. So we spent the weekend making a joke out of that mindset

I know I was trying to make an inside joke but now I can't remember if u were part of that conversation or not

You should have taken the sweets then thrown them away if u didn't want them it's the polite thing to do

Bonuses are already two months behind (like I earned this one in January) so I'd hope they already have time to double check but I guess I should double check

It's my money and I need it now

Thought I wasn't going to get it because we have to have 90% of notes in within 48 hours in a month and I was at 88%. When I talked to my supervisor about it she said she advocated for me and was told no but when I went to look at my paystub today there was a paystub for bonus in there

It's a shag rug upstairs in our bedroom not sure if u saw it. The living room one is easy to clean

It's so deep in there 99% of the house is either hardwood or easily cleaned carpet and they had the throw up in like 3 spots in the one place that isn't easily cleaned

I'm not really worried about him doing anything it's just the idea of him even knowing where I live that creeps me out but I'd feel that way about 99% of my clients. Like I said he like never really goes anywhere on his own though

Sounds good xD I'm less concerned about him showing up at my house and more so about seeing him at a McDonald's or something on the weekend and him not understanding that I don't have to talk to him when I'm not at work

Also I'm now slightly less sure about how well the new lady will work out because one of my clients told me some comments she (the worker) made which sounded kind of racist and homophobic. The client told me what was said and it was not a good look.

We're all a team so we share all our clients so him being close to where I live makes no difference it just means a severely mentally ill person with poor boundaries lives close enough to me that he could easily walk to my house if he ever actually walked anywhere. Thankfully he basically never leaves his house without someone taking him also I don't know if he'd know what my car looks like since he thinks every car with a hatchback is the same kind of car as mine. As far as the new guy fucking everything up with his group home and then peacing out that's kind of our responsibility though it's not the first time this client has suddenly moved group homes without getting the money sorted out first. It's just the first time a staff person has actually facilited the move.

He also apparently moved this client to a group home after we repeatedly told him not to move the client. This client has been to this home before and was verbally and physically abusive towards the owners but then he basically bullied them/fed them a sob story to manipulate them into giving him another chance. And no one told the clients old group home he was moving so now they still got his money for March and have no obligation to give it back. The most fun part? The new group home is literally 5 minutes from my house.
