right now we just skip over the cracks in the kitchen we had the floors redone back when my grandma was still living. rich uncle paid for it upfront kinda. i think something happened where he took out a mortgage for it and was suppose to pay it back but didnt and my mom had to pay it back (this house has a few owners, not just my mom - but now mom is the only one taking care of it) so i guess its time to kiss uncles ass again and see if he'll put up the dough again for repairs. we shouldnt need another mortgage now that his business is doing better than it was back in the day.
