She went to this hospital that messed up all her medical documents so she was fighting with them to get an xray showing her dislocation. She asked me if we would pay if she had another xray done and i was like no because you no longer have this dislocation-we cant pay it if we cant see it. So i called claims directly for her (we arent supposed to do this often)..and BAM! They paid her claim without her having to get us the xray that was lost. $2600!
