Back on March 6th, Toei Animation was the victim of a hack that disrupted their systems to the point where several of their popular shows are being delays for weeks on end. These series include: One Piece Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Digimon Ghost Game Delicious Party Precure Since they just announced that Dragon Quest is getting delayed by at least 3 weeks, it's likely these other shows will experience a delay of similar length.
