There was also China Land. Smoking was allowed there, but none of the non smokers had any complaints. Ditto for Baltimore Grille.
Also, even in the 1960's and 70's there was no shortage of restaurants and bars whose management didn't allow smoking. Carson's Triangle, Hackney's, Copsey's and Captain Starn's to name a few.
