Tom Cruise is much better than Brendan Fraser. Seriously what good movies has he been in? Encino Man, With Honors, Journey to the Center of the Earth, all stupid. Tom Cruise has had 10x as many good movies and he's actually a legitimate alpha. Fraser was a hesitant beta in the Mummy movies he starred in. Tom Cruise just has to bring that Collateral swag to this movie and it'll be 10x of what Fraser can do, the problem is the director screwed him over with this watered down PG-13 product. I would have demanded that it be rated R or find another actor if I was Cruise.

Ah that was a pretty awesome experience with the IMAX hookup. I threw up in my car in the Garden State Plaza parking garage, and it's pretty nasty honestly, mac & cheese and corned beef, but I've yet to clean up the mess. I could do it right now, but I'm about to pass out and I have work tomorrow. I'll cover it so that nobody sees the mess if I don't clean it by tomorrow. But yeah that's what happens when you drink too much malt liquor. I'm usually excellent at keeping it down, but I think it's healthier if you vomit it up and put less stress on your liver. So anyway, Alien: Covenant... I give it an 8/10. It started out so slowly, I called the last plot twist in my head for the final half hour of the movie, and I also think there's a major plot hole in there, but it wasn't bad. I don't think I can watch any more movies from the Alien series because they've covered everything at this point.

It was a gift given to all of the staff at the school I work at, and it's pretty cool because Alien: Covenant costs $21 to watch in IMAX and I just chopped $15 off of the price with the gift card cause I'll be watching it for $6 lol. Yeah pretty cool. I just need to find a way to snuggle some beer into the theater and steal popcorn, which seems really difficult to do, so I might have to actually pay for my own popcorn.
