it just sounds like a waste of time for both of you. many of the questions they ask shouldn't be "strongly agree/disagree/whatever" they should be open ended. that's how you find who is good and who isn't. yeah you can fake an answer but good luck backing it up

fuck no. maybe a roommate but that's very last resort. what i'm going to have to do is probably take a lowly tech support position or something else i'm way overqualified for as a temporary until something better opens up OR i know a few friends in the industry but i'd likely be way underqualified for whatever work that'd entail

ok so i think what i'm going to have to do is call in favors. as much as i really don't want to do it, i think i need out and i need out fast. the only way i'm going to be able to do that is to lower my rank which i'm already at the lowest point or take a pay cut. i think i might have to swallow my pride and put that as an open option
