eventually we're going to try to build up different bits of the board with pushes. one of those sections will be the gaming tables, which this kind of thing may find more traction in if/when we get some people/activity down there.

My understanding is yes, new server is coming either way (with or without donations) at some point soonish. We're not really dependent on raising any set sum of money. It's more like if people feel like contributing to this they can.

it still sticks for me sometimes on loading FFA and the main index. everywhere else usually loads ok.

the donation thing isn't really a quid pro quo thing. It's more like, if somebody feels like it, they donate something, if they don't - then they don't. But - I actually sent them ([as]) an email a couple weeks or so out from April Fools suggesting they put up the archive, and also said I would look into hosting said archive if they were into that idea. I didn't expect a response and didn't get one.

it's in the thread in the Intro folder (how it'll be used). the plan is to channel money to server and then if there's any after that leave it in an account for possible software and/or feature upgrades. THIS IS NOT JUST SOME DUDE'S PERSONAL WEED FUND I WANT TO MAEK THAT TOTALLY CLEAR.

nope, in fact it's kinda the opposite. I've been dragging my feet getting a donation button up until we were maybe closer to a more solid server situation.

also Simon Gotch got the boot (released from his contract). So - dunno what that means for Aiden English.

the dumb thing is Raw has more time and more talent and does much less with both than Smackdown does, or even NXT some weeks. rumors suggest that Rollins is going to SD, Styles to Raw, The New Day to SD, Charlotte to SD, Alexa Bliss to Raw and there's not chance Reigns will switch brands. He's cemented to Raw. The Rollins/Styles switch sounds plausible. Not sure about the New Day thing. the Charlotte/Bliss thing sounds 50/50 to me. I wouldn't doubt Vince would want Bliss on Raw, but I'm not sure he'd send Charlotte packing. Clearly, Triple H is trying to build brands and diversify. I think Vince is still kind of stuck in a world where Raw is it and everything else is ancillary. to me it doesn't matter a ton, except that - whoever gets shipped off to Raw will get the suck end of the stick and whoever gets bumped to Smackdown might have a chance at a decent storyline maybe. Then there's stuff like - part of me would like to see Harper stick with the Wyatt storyline, but he already got fucked over for Wrestlemania, there's no real indication that would change. maybe in Smackdown he'd actually get into the title picture.

we finally added one. I stuck it in the main forum banner block because that was the easiest way for me to do it. "AwesomeJamInk" is Zintar's paypal biz acct, he is the one handling the donation/money part. the plan is whatever gifts to the donate button will go to server expenses, if we have more after that, it'll sit in the account until we need it for something site related, such as software purchases/upgrades and things of that nature.

I like it but it's kind of - reeks of having run out of ideas. Like when they start playing around with alternate realities and dream seasons, that could be a sign that they've kinda told all the stories they set out to tell maybe. but having said that, I did like the episode and the idea is okay. I'm starting to get a little bored with the show though, because all the jokes, characters and plot tend to be in the same tight orbit they always were. So I just feel a lot of times like I'm seeing - instead of something new, just all the old stuff moved around. Same furniture. Same room. There's only so much you can do with that. Which I guess is why they're doing this. But even in this setting, it's kind of the same furniture just with covers on it. It sounds like I'm more down on the show than I am. It's still entertaining.

I never really much liked Jonah Hill but the music is awesome and the video is not bad once it gets going.
