i remember a lot of art of Bulma changing her hair color from purple to blue and back again without any fuss. trunks' hair in the anime was probably based on that same sort of deal and this i the other side of that. maybe Trunks' hair in the anime was based off manga artwork while BUlma's hair was interpreted differently. and now it's been rectified. it'd be nice if we could get toriyama's input on it
