I'm on Firefox. What does saving do? It looks like it adds a bookmark which isn't very useful if you want to grab the image by itself. Open link in a new tab is not the same as the old view image. View image took you to the url of the image itself not the page that it appears on. It's a much slower process which is ultimately the tactic because stopping it outright is virtually impossible.

If you look at an actual result the view image option is gone. It would normally take you to the actual url of the image.

You can still search by image, but the view image option is gone. You can still grab images, so I'm not really sure what the deterrent actually is.

Google removed "view image" button due to piracy apparently. In case anyone noticed its missing

I always heard great things about this arc. So far it's been very solid.
