Yeah, I remember finding that out too, I want to read the manga eventually to see the rest since I agree it seems highly unlike it'll ever get a remake with the full story.

This has been a fantastic tight revenge action show so far though too, with a great soundtrack and killer animation. So I agree, it's been a great block original if it keeps this up.
