    Watched it online, this was a really cool little tease seeing the real Sinclair! Feel like this, with them showing him trying to make his way out, also shows that they'd probably be ready to show us more about the Union in a next season if it still happens (hopefully).

    Oh wow, I totally forgot he and Shizune worked together once. Looking it up, it seems to be from right after Shizune and Tsunade came to the village and Tsunade briefly had Shizune lead a team with him in it to help out during the initial recovery period from Orochimaru's first attack. I didn't remember Shizune being out in the field so early anymore we saw these eps so many years ago now lol.

    Yeah, according to this https://naruto.fandom.com/wiki/Kakuzu he wasn't in this one. This says it was Kotetsu and Izumo that were these two lesser known guys in that fight, and not Genma
