    the primary reason they couldn't beat Beerus was because of his destroyer god energy....which vegeta is now able to negate when in Super Saiyan Blue 2 he can beat Beerus also, ironically, the one fight he actually gets to participate in in the Super manga is an extra fight where he asks for a rematch against Beerus, and Beerus after defeating him, is shown to be upset, because vegeta actually did some real damage to him and is getting close to beating him

    Vegeta doesn't have to take that from Beerus and Whis y'know he's strong enough to kill them both now since he beat Top

    actually Top was that universe's Vegeta, Jiren is basically their Goku, hence why Top was defeatable and Jiren isn't and they never "confirmed" it, it's just obvious looking at the comparisons, like Top telling Vegeta theyr'e both second fiddles to a greater hero

    hence why I know the redemption arc they're now giving him in the Manga will ultimately end with him not getting the final victory

    this episode is just meant to tear Vegeta down again because they momentarily let him win an (officially non-canon) battle against a destroyer god

    the funny thing is most of that flashback was the result of Vegeta losing his Saiyan pride

    honestly between the voice actor drama, Schemmel being outed as a homophobe, and the piss poor quality of this installment of the franchise....it might be time for DB to end as a franchise, and I'll be happy when this series is over

    time for Super to restore it's Status quo and make Vegeta look useless again

    it's more clichee'd than Black Clover and the female characters exist only to get harrassed and felt up by the guys it's like the polar opposite of it's predecessor

    I'd say that's because it's legitimately a bad show but a lot of other bad shows are somehow popular so this show's unpopularity is a touch surprising

    all the girls in this series are oversaturated

    ep title: the Genin Documentary fun side note, Kishimoto apparently once confirmed during a panel at an anime convention that Sasuke was gay and had feelings for Naruto which just raises the question of how the fuck this happened

    apparently Megas XLR is now available for purchase on microsoft, which is only noteworthy if you know the show was "witten off" making it illegal to re-release the series for sale
