I've never seen it before (though it's a rerun, it's last airing was before I started watching AS 14-15 years ago... I joined the ASMB in February 2004). I don't think people hate as much as you may think. But it's probably due to it being an anime that doesn't stand the test of time. In comparison to animes of its genre since it came out, the luster wore off. Kinda like dial-up internet, except Outlaw Star isn't nowhere near that bad. Also, I didn't make a thread for this because... have you ever seen me make a thread?
