My favorite part of this anime's VHS cover is the tag line "Japanese animation.... in ENGLISH!" Shows you how truly old this American VHS release of this title was

Ah yes the classic "Pillow sex" censorship scene Also I do remember there was the episode where a guard had a nudie magazine that was shown in one scene, that was censored out until that remastered edit restored it as well

Some say that the Pain arc airing now could be one of the big reasons Toonami has kept Naruto for so long Either way whether someone is a Naruto fan or not some higher quality Shippuden episodes will be airing during this particular arc (A lot of Naruto fans skipping the previous episodes and arcs may be tuning in now for the first time in awhile, which could explain the sudden ratings mini spike) Lupin should still be getting much much higher ratings though

The ending of this episode always made me a bit emotional

I have been into researching, collecting, and tracking down lost media for the last 4 or 5 years These are some of the out of print anime VHS I am currently tracking down and purchasing through amazon and ebay (Thankfully I still have a working VCR) I have a lot of out of print anime dvds and have a decent chunk of lost media in general

All this talk of lost or missing media had reminded me of Cowboy Bebop's "Speak Like a Child" session with Spike and Jet's search for lost media
