    A shovel welded under a Jeep as a skid plate to protect the trans pan is pretty stupid but it works pretty well

    Its a cross-up between saving money and honestly an OEM switch from a car looks better than the switches provided with the kits. CAC[/member] the yard I go to probably would just tell me to get another heat pad... the dude that works there is very old school...

    If I order a new heated seat kit online, it's complete with wiring and switches. But the kit I found with illuminated switches (which I want because I am OCD) is about $70. OR I can go to the junkyard, cut the heat pads and wiring out of the seats, remove a factory OEM switch and plug from a car or SUV, make my own wiring harness and probably spend around $25-30. But the risk is, the pads don't work... so of course I would test them before install. It really is all about the look of the switch as well as the size too, because there aren't many places to put extra switches in a clean Foxbody Mustang interior.

    Shanks! I really need to scrape that SPEC Racing sticker off the back window... that piece of shit brand clutch is the whole reason my car sat. 20,000 miles on a Stage II clutch and the friction plate warped... as in it was defective... plus it was a bitch to push, sort of like driving an old Maserati. And from working at AmericanMuscle I KNEW they'd fight with me over a warranty claim, just like they did with all their customers.
