My other half and her mom said they don't have any use for all of the tools her dad left behind... so I started to organize that section of the basement (Well, HIS stuff already was but it was buried by their stuff) Found two Bostitch nail guns, a brand new Makita brad nailer, a Passlode staple gun, another Senco roofing nailer, and a fuckton of power tools including an untouched Milwaukee circular saw. The best though, is this beast of an air compressor. I'll have no problem building a 12x14 work shop... or a bar... or a hanging wall to hide the workout equipment... or finishing a bedroom upstairs...

This is exactly what I've been saying in a nutshell. Draw the cute stuff like this. You're much better with it.

Depends on the project and time of day. But no, the main workshop will be out in another building. I will have a small hideaway workshop in my studio though. Basically there will be a set of doors that can close it up like a giant closet.

YO. I brought my awesome 1950's couch bed with new mattresses and crammed it (quite literally) in the lounge area of the basement. So you and friend if you bring someone will have a place to sleep. If there isn't time to camp, fuck it, FIRE PIT OUT BACK!

I did residental HVAC as well as some work on small buisinesses, small office buildings, etc for 6 years. Most of it was inclusive with apartment maintenance... some was side job work. but my hobbies sometimes become jobs I take on.

I am. I have travelled to other peoples' houses numerous times to build, maintain, upgrade, and/or enhance their household or vehicles.

I have been drinking slowly since 6pm as I clear out this basement... Finished off the Fireball, had some voska shots... 5 beers or so... It's not my fault either. My other half got me started and guess who passed out an hour ago... fucking lightweights -_'

Basically I was given two air compressors, a drill press, a table saw, a belt-disc sander, a jointer, and various other power tools and there's nowhere to go with them. Perfect for storing all of my mechanical tools, my ATV and snowmobile powered golf cart, plus I'll have all the proper needs to build some really awesome bars. 8)
