This guy told me I could go to the cable office here and get alot of what I need.. but after waiting in line the lady at the front had no clue what to give me, and the tech I was lucky enough to find in the parking lot wasn't able to find what I needed either. He did give me some red tags, and some diconnect plugs from his truck. That's still not enough to get me sterted though.
