I do find it (sadly) on brand it’s a BL author.  Authors of LBGTQ+ anything are held to insane purity tests.   It’s fine if a harem protagonist goes to town on girls as long as he’s a dude.

Yet another reason why Twitter is a shitty platform now. I imagine a lot of the people who would've been in the mangaka's favor have also left.
