Strange ink

Black walnuts are actually the pits of a fruit that looks like this.  The fruit has an inky juice that can pass right through a latex glove and stain your hands.

The squirrels like them. 

They try hiding them in the corner of my house where the landing is.

I chuck them to the other side of the street every time.
