tsar4 Posted July 18 Share Posted July 18 ...the NWS says there were 19 confirmed tornadoes over Sunday & Monday for the Chicagoland area. Coworkers had massive trees uprooted, house damage. They think there were simultaneous tornadoes at O'Hare & Midway airports. Since 1950, before this storm, the city has only had 13 total. EDIT: It looks like they still have at least 24 more areas to assess, based on a map post of areas with debris.
