I mean, it's ok.  It's not as glaring as the other one, but the movement still isn't very natural.  Also, a naval officer isn't going to be wearing stilletos, obviously - that has an impact on her gait which changes other aspects of her perceived movement and creates some conflict with the confining nature of her uniform.
