TLAD did say Angels had a base in Vice City, but so much has been retconned even going back to IV so it’s doubtful they’re included.

Think it was obvious Escobar International would have its name changed. Don’t know what’s happened since 2008 that’s made the state of Florida immune to being directly called upon with this series. Dumb.
