Zenigundam Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 I thought The Real Adventures was better because it had better voice acting and the characters were cooler. The old Jonny Quest was too 60s and stuck up in its conservative ways. Both are cool still, I saw the 60s one on the rack at Walmart a long while back and thought about getting a Zenigundam discount on it. 😼🔥 1
Ric Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 The Real Adventures is the one I watched growing up. Never saw much of the original, I might check it out since its on Boomerang.

They used to show it regularly along with Richie Rich and the Pirates of Dark Water and the like, but then they'd show it on Super Chunk. I know you know what I'm going on about. 💁♂️ 1

Now, save about 5 episodes, I totally forgot some of the episodes that I've already seen, but it'll all come back to me as I'm rewatching them as a nostalgia rush. Do I even call it that? I liked the Real Adventures, but I wouldn't consider it in my top 30! 🐼 1
tsar4 Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 The Harvey Birdman custody battle parody was the best. Barely recall watching the original as a kid, never saw the new version.
