fuggstop Posted December 29, 2018 Share Posted December 29, 2018 Like...not "officially " in trouble but i pissed her off They want us to notify management about on going issues and recognize customer clues that theyre gonna complain to the department of insurance. But every time i sent pre-complaints they would just email me back telling me to do more work. I felt like they were just pushing everything back on the reps instead of fixing whatever was wrong or continuously being fucked up regarding the account. So i sent an email that said "i did my job, just letting you know" the customer is pissed But for some reason...i dunno...im not thinking straight when im pissed and manic...i used the wrong work order code blah blah...totally not like me cuz i usually know what the fuck im doing...but anyway i used the wrong code. Not only did i get a nasty email back that started with "if you had 'done your job'"..but in several paragraphs, different font colors, bold lettering, and bullets that took up the entire computer screen. I could tell i severely pissed her off cuz she had to have spent a good 30 minutes writing that shit LOL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
