I am actually really excited.

So, it was my birthday and I am not doing anything for it till Sunday. The exciting part is I finally get to make homemade icing after I have no idea how many years. For far to long have I had to have the premade bullshit on my cakes and cupcakes. 

 

And I know that isn't the most difficult thing to make but shut up.

What kind of frosting? I hear buttercream is simple enough to make. But there are various amount of others!

I'm just making a simple vanilla buttercream.
