Raptorpat Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 We went out for dinner at like peak hours tonight and we got seated right away. Is that a bad sign for a restaurant when it can seat people right away at peak hours on a Friday night? My instinct tells me if a place doesn't have a wait there might be a problem.
Lemming Posted June 2, 2018 Author Posted June 2, 2018 Maybe longer lines do equate to better business. I don't know, ask chef Gordon Ramsey. It's different if you are not a metrosexual paper jockey and enjoy the solitude of a nice meal in the back of the house.
