nameraka Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 what does this mean? did they take some of their water back? do they know something about my future water usage that I don't? so confused...
Clu Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 It typically is by your "usual" usage. Is it a rental?
Swimmod_Luna Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 (edited) Water is included with rent at my apartment but I know the electric company will sometimes do an "estimated" usage for my bill maybe ur water company did that and estimated way too high? Also I got a free gas bill once cause I had to pay a "deposit" when I first moved in and got it back after 6 months. Edited February 28, 2018 by Athena 92

Is it a rental? no. we own. it shows up as a negative balance for $4 and change. I'd say maybe I overpaid, but I pay through the website which they prepopulate with the amount.
