I made a menu and got a bunch of tupperware- spent today making all the meals for the next week.

Meal-prep is good stuff. I was able to cut alot of what I'd spend eating out for lunch by having everything prepped up that weekend. This week was butternut squash soup with turkey bacon and kale, which turned out alot better than it looked.

Here's my menu-

Breakfast-

Cereal and coffee.

Lunch
M- turkey/cheese wrap, salad, grapes, cheese sticks
T- beef/cheese wrap, veg sticks, ½ orange, crackers
W- big salad, chicken, ½ apple, pretzels
T- turkey/cheese wrap, salad, grapes, cheese sticks
F- beef/cheese wrap, veg sticks, ½ orange, crackers


Dinner
M- chicken, broccoli/mushroom, stuffing, pudding
T- steak, steamer, rice, brownie
W- fish, salad, noodles, ice cream
T- chicken, broccoli/mushroom, stuffing, pudding
F- steak, steamer, rice, brownie
