How do your tendons and ligaments feel?

it depends how much i do them. can i do a 16/12/8 set for shoulders now? fuck no. can i maybe do 5/5/5 after stretching them for 20 minutes? maybe. i might just skip shoulders for a little while and focus on bicep/tricep/lower body/ and core. back uses shoulders too much, so i'm going to play that one by ear

Get one of those super stretchy rubber rag things that you are supposed to catch in a door and pull on for physical therapy crap.

 

It doesn't do crap for me but maybe it'll help you rebuild stuff.
