still can't work upper body

it depends how much i do them. can i do a 16/12/8 set for shoulders now? fuck no. can i maybe do 5/5/5 after stretching them for 20 minutes? maybe. i might just skip shoulders for a little while and focus on bicep/tricep/lower body/ and core. back uses shoulders too much, so i'm going to play that one by ear
