Sonic forces continues to be weird as fuck

Takashi Izuka has confirmed that Forces is a full Series Reboot

 

Shadow is evil becasuse they've thrown out his original backstory and full on retconned him as evil, same with Chaos

 

and apparently Sonic the hedgehog isn't even a thing anymore

 

the two Sonic's in the game are Brand new characters who are replacing the old Sonic

 

their LAST NAME is Sonic

 

the tall one is literally named "Modern" and the other sonic is his little brother "Classic"

a screenshot's been leaked that implies Shadow is playable

so either there's a "dark Story" like in SA2

 

or there's two shadows and the evil one is from a different timeline like Classic Sonic was in Generations
