Just woke up anxious

oh mental health related thing. dose of meds too high? sometimes that can cause its own anxiety if doseage too high.

And sometimes, there isn't a reason...Sometimes I wake up just panicky, and I stay at low level panic all day. I don't even know if it's mental health, or if everybody has days like that.
