So that's who Toy Soldier is. We knew he was Rebecca's father, but I didn't expect that he was that legendary warrior from the colosseum. So that's why no one knew who the statue was. I figured he was some ancient warrior lost to history.

So Sugar forgot to make a contract with Toy Soldier. Either that, or hadn't come up with that strategy yet, and realized how it could backfire. I don't know if that would be better than Toy Soldier just overcoming the spell through willpower or power of love or whatever.

The dog is probably already zombie sadly, since he wasn't shown when the girl noticed him. Or was she wondering where he was?

So the electricity wasn't turned off, but turned up. They can't get out of the fence that keeps zombies out. Most of society was already destroyed, dumbass. Higurashi hated Akira because he was happy. What a loser. I guess Higurashi isn't too concerned about getting turned into a zombie himself. There's no guarantee that payloader doesn't get zombies climbing on it. And the girl has already taken off on foot.

So letting the zombies out isn't bad enough, they also had to ruin the village infrastructure. What asses. Ok, your motivation for doing this is DUMB. Akira and Shizuka detecting early warning signs. Well, at least there's a hunting club with guns.

It might be age, but if he's changed that much in 5 years or so, might be more than that. Yeah, you've got to be a physical specimen and really smart to be an astronaut.

So far, most of the problems in this show have been caused by stupidity. Carelessness and complacence, and just straight up stupid decisions. The other problems have been caused by assholes directly and intentionally causing problems. First that asshole boss who wanted to control people and hoard resources, and now this batshit group who just wants to cause chaos. I realize this happens in the real world too, but it's still really annoying. At the very least, Akira and Co. already made various mistakes and saw the mistakes of others. They have experience, and should've had those trapped zombies killed. Even if they didn't expect those weirdos to cause problems, there's no sense leaving a bunch of zombies around.

At least this world had the benefit of zombies existing in fiction, before the real ones showed up. Still, doesn't seem like it helped much. And ever since that post went around, I also can't get out of my head, the military and police just taking out zombies if it really happened. 😄
